What to expect from your Mothers Group?

A relaxed, welcoming comfortable space, free from judgment, where you are nurtured and supported to Mother your way.

Nappy change area and a separate quiet lounge should you wish to feed, change or comfort baby at any point away from the group. Feeding, whether bottle or breast is absolutely supported at any time, wherever best suits you both.

Each weekly session lasts around 1.5 hours and the program is 8 weeks long.

Each week a different postpartum expert speaker joins the group.

These include: Midwife, Sleep consultant, Mental Health Advocate, Dietician, Psychologist, Pelvic Health Specialist, life Coach, Music and Sensory session, Photographer. You can increase your knowledge in relevant areas specific to the forth trimester, this will increase your skills and confidence in your abilities, as well as equip you with a tool box of specialist contacts should you need further support throughout your postpartum journey.

A chance to connect with other Mums and their babies of a similar age. Sharing your journey with other Mums at a similar stage is so important as you can relate 100% to where they’re at in that moment, share experiences and stories. Your Mum friendships will grow as your babies do and these Mums will become your Mama tribe, your Village of support.

Open, honest and vulnerable conversations normalise the highs and lows of Motherhood and validate how you are feeling. You are never alone.

You can enjoy a beverage of your choice. A coffee, served hot! (Imagine that!!) And a delicious snack while you socialise with your new Mum friends and enjoy some adult conversation.

“We need community.
We need to hear each other’s stories.
We need safe spaces to make sense of our inner world, experiences and feelings.
We need to feel like we belong”
